Further information may be useful. If reporting a problem, include a detailed description of the problem with:

  • JIG version
  • operating system
  • specifics on the installation directory and environment if the problem is related to setup
  • stack trace if generated (using java or jre to start JIG from a command line will allow stack trace information to be sent to the command window)
  • specific steps to take to reproduce the problem
  • Java source files that exhibit the problem behavior
